Real-Life Prepping

The idea of preparing for some kind of apocalyptic scenario is widespread these days, and given the news, who can blame people? That said, there’s the kind of conspiratorial person, especially in the US, who stockpiles enormous amounts of weapons and ammo. There are also lots of low-info bros obsessed with physically preparing for combat. While I do not think it’s far-fetched to imagine some sort of breakdown of American society, these same guys often don’t even wear seatbelts. This got me thinking about how, if you’re serious about survival, there are several simple actions you can take in the here and now.

The idea that many safety precautions and climate measures are gendered “female” is a sign that many people are less serious about actual survival than indulging in a propaganda-fueled fantasy of dominance and power.
